Messiah in Psalm 61:1 was sent to “bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.” Whatever your need,  invite Jesus access, invite Him into your brokenness, for your soul is healed by Him.

Learn the intentional practice of inviting Jesus into those places that are raw, nicked, bruised, bleeding or broken. Say the words, “Jesus come into my _____.”

The Revelation 3:20 invitation is available, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock, if any man open the door, I will come into him and dine with him and he with me.” He will come with sweet communion and peace. Do you yearn for this?

Access the healing presence of Jesus Christ. He has been healing souls for thousands of years. This is available to you. No matter your story, no matter the depth of your damage, He is Redeemer, Healer, Comforter, Refuge.

Pray… “I take refuge in you Jesus. I take refuge in your watch-care. Lord, you are my rock and my deliverer, my shield and my stronghold. Breathe new vitality into me.”

Recite the prayer of St. Patrick, “I rise today through a mighty strength, the invocation of the Trinity… I rise today through the strength of Christ… I rise today through God’s strength to pilot me, God’s might to hold me, God’s wisdom to guide me, God’s ear to hear me, God’s shield to protect me…

Christ with me, Christ before me, Christ behind me, Christ in me, Christ beneath me, Christ above me, Christ on my right, Christ on my left, Christ when I lay down, Christ when sit down, Christ when I arise.” Amen

You are meant to live in the safety of God and draw nourishment from   union with Him. Biblical Christianity is always meant to be deeply experiential. As Brother Lawrence said, ”There is not in the world a kind of life more sweet and delightful, then that of a continual conversation with God; those only can comprehend it who practice and experience it.” Enter into the deliverance, wonder, mystery and power of God.
