If you and I relied on our feelings to make decisions or to react to life events, we would be in big trouble. The darkest times in my life have been confusing and without any audible word from God to explain why these things were happening. But 20/20 hindsight has shown time after time that our Father was present, showing Himself in how details worked out, or through the care of others. Few answers are revealed to difficult questions but the assurance of God’s word, and His presence are unshakable, bringing emotions back to stability.
