Church leaders need to invest more time getting trained to be disciple makers, who make disciple makers, who then make disciple makers. This could be accomplished at all age levels, with teenagers capable of teaching older adults what it is like to follow Christ in a confusing culture. The gifts given to a follower of Christ (Romans) can expand the person’s influence as we grow and mature. Your gifts in math, reading, and quick analysis of situations are exciting ways that you will impact the future. I look forward to the ways you will influence others to follow Christ, influence your friends and future community to be a better place to live.
