Fighting temptation is never ending. The battle front may change from day to day and on a variety of issues. But His presence and grace are always present to help us in each battle. The evil one knows exactly what can be done to bring us down, or to undermine our desire to live our Father. Evil strategies often are aimed at discouraging us, making us doubt, putting us in a state of disillusionment. We question ourselves or whether God really cares. Jesus used Scripture with the devil in His temptation battles, a good model to follow.
