Warrior 3

 Most fathers could be considered unfinished. Many have not been gathered themselves. Observing students in the school setting, this seemed to be so evident. Students crave a father figure and some of the closest student teacher relationships continue today with those who have grown up without a father relationship. My Dad was rough around the edges and angry, but I knew he loves me in his own way. Following Christ requires a tender but tough approach as we deal with so many confusing issues in our culture and in the church. Being a warrior in Christian circles requires skill, careful communication, and risk taking. We cannot be passive and weak in a raging culture of post Christian ethics.
