We are raised to be independent workers who can get things done on our own. But following Christ is admitting that I cannot fix the brokenness and sin in my life. I need Christ and the sooner I admit my neediness the better. Depending on others is difficult when I’m independent. Depending on Christ is easier when I admit my lack of direction, my wandering all over the place focus, and my lack of listening to Him. I hope you are learning to depend on Christ faster than I am!
