Reading and re-reading the stories in the Bible creates more questions than I ever imagined. But it also brings a compelling curiosity that draws the reader in. The Bible is far more than just a book or an ancient document because it changes us, reorienting our path, making us recalculate who we are. It’s more than acquiring wosdom because the truth presented to us is personal, freeing us from so many rabbit trails. Not that we will have an easier life, but we will have a sure footing to not ssstroy ourselves or fall for the temporary goals of our culture.
