Worship experiences for me have been through great music, or being outdoors with a ficus on creation details. But even more, is walking with someone through tough times and seeing their life change by their own surrender to God. Celebrating the good all around us, being in gratitude, or surrendering to His sovereign will are each forms of worship. Those times are like a restless burning fire inside that motivates us to seek Him even more. David’s heart must have been filled with gratitude, realizing how God had moved in his life.
