Interceding for others in prayer is never a waste of time. We may not see dramatic answers immediately but I’m confident God is watching and listening. The stories in Scripture of His intervention in history as well as many that have experienced His provision today give confidence that we have everything to gain by trusting His presence. Like Hezekiah, we often do not the gravity and power of prayer until we are backed into a corner or when we have no other options. May you and I have a daily rhythm of honest prayer and not be caught in a panic.
