Former students have told me that their biggest fear is loneliness. Feeling alone can develop into all kinds of issues that are not good. But developing a network of people who truly care will take the edge off the chaos and division in our culture. But even more important are the connections to Christ followers who are always there to pray for each other, and listen with respect and love. The covenant between like minded Christ followers eliminates the aloneness of isolation in a noisy world. We have a new identity in Christ that our culture does not recognize, giving us a deep purpose fir ear day.
