Bible 328

Waiting for anything we want is difficult. I get very impatient when I do not sense that the an outcome to my efforts may not be what I want. I’m learning that Hod is very patient and He wants me to acquire that character quality. God is always in time and He wants the very best for us. He is bit playing with our minds because He is holy and loving. He wants us to mature through our decisions and experiences. Being a true Gentleman, He is does not force His will upon us. In the process of waiting, I’m learning humility. It seems that there is a correlation between impatience and pride.

Waiting for the Day of the Lord, for justice and His return, may seem in the distance. But our lives are very short compared to eternity. Our time may be running out to respond to Hks waiting on us.
