Trust 7

I’ve spent far too much time feeling guilty that I don’t measure up to what a Christian should be like. My ‘should woulda coulda’ list is long. I have compared myself to others thinking I could never live up to their expectations or my own.  “I should be doing more and I need to get my act together.’”  But I’m constantly relearning that it’s not what I do ‘for God’ but what I do ‘with’ Him. Dallas Willard has so much to say about these two small words. A life with God is our sanctification. It’s who we are becoming. The doing will take care of itself.
