Live Your Best Life

“A prudent person sees trouble coming and ducks; a simpleton walks in blindly and is clobbered.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭22:3‬ ‭MSG‬‬

How can the wrong information lead us to the wrong decisions? How can our lives get off track because of the wrong information? Somewhere I read that only 14% of Americans read the newspaper or listen to network news. Where we obtain information has changed during the past few years. Who we listen to can either challenge us to make effective decisions or add a confirmation bias to false thinking. I’m finding that following Christ is developing a skill to listen to the Lord’s presence in His Word, trusting that He is sovereign and firmly in control.

  1. “The battle of the Christian life is to bring your own heart into alignment with Christ’s, that is, getting up each morning and replacing your natural orphan mind-set with a mind-set of full and free adoption into the family of God through the work of Christ your older brother, who loved you and gave himself for you out of the overflowing fullness of his gracious heart.” -  Dane C.
