I’m relearning the fact that life is very fragile and sometimes beyond understanding to the best of doctors. One cardiologist told us that each person’s heart is unique to the person and no doctor knows everything that can be done to solve complicated issues to that person’s unique heart. A doctor cannot determine what is exactly wrong with that person’s heart until he/she goes inside the heart to see what is happening. Even then, there is so much to learn. How true this is for our heart of hearts. Only God knows what is going on with our soul. He is wanting each person to surrender to Him, the Great Physician. Today’s devotional emphasizes God’s creation is exactly that - His unique design to be fully appreciated by us, the created.
Our love grows soft if it is not strengthened by truth, and our truth grows hard if it is not softened by love.
