I wonder how often God rescues us from hidden traps and dangers, yet we are unaware. How often does He shield us from deadly hazards, but we never knew of the imminent danger? His power protects us and we are safe, despite the circumstances of where we are. He has a future for us, even when the world predicts doom and gloom. I do not want to be naive, but I want to understand the times we live in, yet live by the truth of His promises and presence.
