How do we place our Hope in possessions, prestige or power instead of God’s presence and promises? The distractions in us and around us create a noise that drowns out our focus, if we allow it. I hope that you receive far more Hope from the Scriptures than any other distraction. May we look for where God is working, that we may participate in His love for others. Hopefully our habit of looking at Scripture each day develops and sustains an unshakable focus on the treasures that will never fade from our lives.
