Restart 1

 Restarting our irregular rhythm seems scary and painful. You and I can be so used to the way have reacted to the hurts and pain in the past that we aren’t sure we can do anything different. We’ve gotten so used to being short of breath, not taking risks, that we are afraid to do anything different. But experiencing courage to walk Toward faith, hope and love is a drastic intervention. We cannot do it on our own as we develop a new rhythm.  The following verse captures a nes perspective  we can’t force anyone to change nor can we expect the monsters in our past to change or apologize.  

Zechariah 4:6. Then he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.
