Proverbs 4-6/12

 Having discernment is essential if we want to avoid foolish situations and poor decisions. Being able to read between the lines, or being able to predict outcomes to alternative solutions is necessary for maturity. We cannot go through life blindly. But as facts are twisted and stories are told in order to manipulate us, it takes effort to be discerning. Knowing God’s word and relying on the Spirit are the foundation if we want to build discernment into our lives.
