Living in a land of physical abundance often leads us to not think of our Provider, until we are without or at risk of losing what we have. I’ve spent plenty of time worrying about the future, whether I’m making enough to save for the future, or what I’ll do if the economy crashes. But our Father is our Orovider and cares for us. Hard work, effort, and discipline have their reward, under His leadership. But experiencing loss, growing up without luxuries, or seeing others suffer extreme hardship each have impacted my view of trusting His provision.
You will never know Jesus Christ as a reality in your life until you know him as a necessity.
