One thought from today’s reading is that the closer we are to Christ the more we see our sin and weakness. If I’m feeling like I have it all together and I’ve more moral than the next person, I’m probably far away from knowing Christ in that moment. The secret to truly following Christ is knowing Him in my heart. It’s not what I know but who I know. Encouraging each other to focus on Christ is worth every effort, helping make Him famous Rather than any self promotion.
