Joy 6

How much of our lives involve a time of waiting?  Our bodies are fragile and take time to heal. Emotional scars can take a long process of help and time to recover. Construction projects, educational plans and athletic completions require waiting while we work and train. I think of the Old Teatamwnt hero, Joseph, who made mistakes as a sibling, suffered I’ll treatment, ails as a slave, accuses of rape, spent time in prison, yet waited for the right time to be a person of influence. May our Father use every experience we have to train us to be His man at the right place at the right time.
