Most rules are made for our protection. Without them, life becomes chaotic. God established an orderly way to live in the Old Testament for the Hebrews as they left Egypt. In today’s culture, many want to redefine the rules and what is normal, leaving definitions for a lot of terms up for debate. God’s wisdom for living is stated in the Bible over and over. The more we soak in His wisdom, decisions no longer are knee jerk reactions but are thoughtful and methodic to a lifestyle that is honorable.
