Titles communicate rank and importance. We tend to compare our importance to such words, knowing that our status does not measure to a Prince or president. But God clearly communicates that His titles reflect His desire to be relational. Wisdom is far more than information. He wants to help us wisely if we are humble to accept His way. He is the bridegroom with a desire to be in a relationship with His followers. He is the Son of Man, fully human and fully divine, knowing what it is like to live as a human. He is Lord of all, yet mediator between our sin and His purity. No one could dream up such a system to govern His creation but the Creator Himself.
