Everyone was looking at Pilate for a judgment on Jesus. He had an opportunity to demonstrate courage and leadership, but he went along with the crowd. He didn’t want to stand out and be radical against the violent voices. I’ve spent too much time wanting to fit in, to not be considered as a radical Christ follower. But if what the Scriptures say about Jesus is true, we cannot afford to shrink back. Let’s make Him known.
