 Restraint is not a trending lifestyle in our culture. Most advertisement and marketing schemes emphasize the ‘just do it now’ mindset of NIKE. learning to delay our tastes for satisfaction is wiseer than the sins of comparing ourselves to what we see. Grasping the meaning of Romans 8 is life changing, a process that never stops. Learning to live in the Spirit in the here and now moments changes us from living for ourselves. Romans 8 is the Mount Everest of the Bible, helping us see life with a new perspective.
