1 John 1

The apostle John was an eye witness to the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. His words emphasized the truth of what he had experienced and he wanted to clarify all doubt in anyone’s mind. Just like today, there were many who denied these absolute truths, who became disconnected with those who followed Jesus’s way of living. John wanted to encourage and inspire deep fellowship, strong discipleship relationships. I want to follow this model for living with you as well.

“Remember, you are held safe. You are loved. You are protected. You are in communion with God and with those whom God has sent you. What is of God will last. It belongs to the eternal life. Choose it, and it will be yours.” - Henri J.M. Nouwen, The Inner Voice of Love:
