Every person is unique with gifts and talents. It takes differences to make the world work. Any organization or place of employment works well with a glo chart of responsibilities. But if there are too many chefs in the kitchen, with too many wanting to be the boss, the go chart falls apart. County and division can cause chaos. Jealousy, quarreling and bragging rights get old fast. Frustration peaks when in fighting for power and prestige happen. One thought for me that jumped out is that disunity and envy are evidence that the focus is not on God at all. We often make a situation about us rather than honoring God.
