Character development into a moral presence is what our culture needs. Many claim to have moral direction but only for self advancement. Manipulation of biblical terminology seems to be a way to catch people’s attention. But true moral character influences everyone around for the common good. Filtering out the distractions and noise is a skill that needs perfected each day. How can you and I develop this skill? I’m thinking that we cannot slide by, drifting, allowing the noise to fill our heart and mind. What kind of person do we see happening in us for the next five years? Ten years?
