Reading about real life examples who inspire us to be better is inspirational. Knowing individuals who inspire others is even better. Peter warned about false teachers who sound good and may even look good. Knowing people who are authentic in their faith helps filter out the false narratives of those who could lead us astray. Daniel and his friends were loyal to their faith in God. Big knowing if God would protect them or not, they remained true to what they believed. Refusing to compromise by saying to themselves, ‘this is no big deal’ took courage. May you and I develop a loyalty to our Lord that cannot be shaken.
