The empty tomb is the defining moment of history. Jesus’ resurrection changed everything about us, enabling us to live in hope, love, and faith. No matter what the background or sin that an individual has, the resurrection changes a person into a person with a future rooted in hope. No matter the pain, difficulty or suffering of this world, the resurrection overrides the issue. Our response is submission and reverence from the deepest depth of our heart. The power of the resurrection in our heart is a joy and strength that is difficult to put into words, verified by the presence of the Holy Spirit.
