This short reading is so brief, but the verses are life changing. Grasping the reality of God knowing g everything about us removes the shame, condemnation and guilt we have in our baggage. He loves us so much that we are saved because of the cross, we are being transformed into His likeness, despite all of the sin we have committed and the sins committed against us. He transforms the identity we thought we had into what He intended from the beginning, no matter what chaos we have experienced. We have a great eternal future as we trust every detail about us (that He already knows) into estimation of what He wanted in the beginning. He is renewing our details into a story for His glory and honor.
