I find it very difficult to have a worry free day. God had good reasons to repeat phrases about not fearing, not fretting about the here and now. He reminds us over and over that He will NEVER leave us or forsake us, regardless of the circumstances. Life can present hardships and complications beyond our problem solving abilities. He seems to be reminding us that our desperation and frustrations need to lead us into trusting Him, not our self sufficiency. May we respond to life’s events with faith, hope and love, opening our eyes and ears to what He is doing
