Bible 49

One of the most amazing things about reading the Bible is that we learn something new each time, regardless of how many times we read the same passage. There is no depth to its wisdom and it applies to all ages, in all locations, in all periods of time. The more we read about God’s love to us, the more we are changes to do better, to be a better person.

Sandy and I recently participated in a zoom call along with some friends regarding an entrepreneurial group in Lincoln, who also begin small churches in 13 countries. One man from India is a leader and was on the zoom call. He converted from being a Hindu and was rejected by his family. He says in each call that we are his family now, calling us brothers and sisters.   The Scriptures have changed his life, costing him a great deal, yet helping him gain a different path. We take so much for granted in our culture.
