The greater the commitment to loyalty in loving relationships, the more security and safety everyone feels. I think this might be true in large organizations as well. If the employer demonstrates loyalty and genuine concern for employees, job satisfaction usually goes up. Paul encourages commitment in our relationships, especially with marriage and family. He encourages purity and integrity at all times. Isaiah affirmed that God is watching. Individuals, groups and nations often choose their own destiny by going their own way, leaving God no choice but to let them suffer their own consequences. Loyalty to our commitments, especially to our faith, marriage and family will bring a satisfaction few other pursuits can bring.
